How do I get audio/visual equipment to use for a class or personal project?

Malone offers a number of audio/visual devices geared to help you succeed with education-related projects.
To check out any of the following items, please come to the IT Help Desk located in Haviland Hall. The Help Desk is staffed 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Be sure to bring your Malone ID with you. You can contact the IT Help Desk at 330.471.8428. If you cannot pick up your items when the IT Help Desk is open, you can make a reservation for equipment or services via email with 24 hours of notice. Send equipment requests to helpdesk@malone.edu. All gear will be assembled and ready for pick up at the help desk. You must have a Malone ID or Driver’s license to prove identity when picking up equipment. Equipment drop off must be done at the help desk. Most items can be checked out for 3 business days and can be renewed once before returning (renewal is on a case-by-case basis by contacting the IT Help Desk at 330.471.8428 as they cannot be renewed online by the user).
