Before you begin: You may need to uninstall older versions of Microsoft office. If so, please follow the instructions highlighted on Microsoft Support to uninstall any previous versions of Microsoft Office that may be on your device.

1. Open up a web browser and sign into https://www.office.com using your malone.edu username (email address) and password.

2. On the right hand side of the page that loads, look for the "Install and more" button. Click it and select "Install Microsoft 365 apps." An installation application will download to your computer.


3. Use the installer that you just downloaded to install the applications. You will need to be signed in with your malone.edu username (email address) and password to utilize the applications. Your access license will continue to work as long as you are enrolled in a current or future term at Malone.
